This Privacy Policy explains how Zareen Network ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by iDev, collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application (Package: com.idev.zareen) and related online services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you register using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, profile image URL, and a system-generated unique User ID (UID) to authenticate your account and manage your mining profile.
- App Activity & Mining Stats: We track your active mining sessions, coin balances, daily streaks, referral network data, and leaderboard rankings within our cloud database (Google Firebase).
- Contacts Permission (Optional): If you choose to invite friends to your mining circle, the app asks for read-contacts permission. Contact details are accessed strictly client-side on your device to display your contacts list and populate SMS/invitation messages. We do NOT upload, collect, store, or sell your contacts on our servers.
- Device Information & Diagnostics: We may collect non-identifiable technical data such as device model, OS version, and network state for app stability and fraud prevention.
2. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our application utilizes trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
- Google Play Services: Core platform functionality and authentication.
- Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions): Secure user login, session management, and database synchronization.
- Google AdMob: Serves non-personalized or personalized advertising within the application. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (GAID) according to Google's Advertising Policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To initialize and track your daily 24-hour mining cycles and calculate coin distributions.
- To manage your referral connections and calculate circle rewards.
- To maintain server security, prevent multi-account abuse/bots, and ensure fair distribution for all network members.
- To deliver optional push notifications regarding mining cycle expiration and network announcements.
4. Data Security
We value your trust and implement industry-standard security protocols through Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure (including transit encryption and server-side rules) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To request account deletion, email us at idevpk07@gmail.com with your registered email address. We will permanently remove your profile and personal records within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
Zareen Network is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
