Welcome to Zareen! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zareen mobile application (“App”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zareen App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use the App.

3. Account Registration

• Users must sign in through Google Authentication to access Zareen.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Virtual Mining Disclaimer

• Zareen simulates mining activity through user engagement; no real cryptocurrency mining is performed.
• The in-app tokens (ZRN) have no cash value unless stated otherwise in future updates.

5. User Conduct

When using Zareen, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Not abuse referral or reward systems.
• Not attempt to manipulate mining activity with bots or automation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Ownership

• All content, logos, design, and intellectual property related to Zareen are owned by the Zareen team.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zareen is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zareen is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Zareen after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
